And Paris itself isn't so romantic and calm as you might think. The traffic is load, the Parisian know what's a horn. The drivers are all doing their own things and as pedestrian you just have to start to walk as well. Most of the houses also have a strange colour of yellow and beige so it seemed as if they were dirty.
The very good thing though was that we have seen a lot of things and been to a lot of places. Some people of my Arts class became my friends and other ones - with who I didn't really talk much before - became friends, too. The way it always happens on class trips.
I like to remember being at Seine, seeing the sparkling Eiffel Tower and seeing art, streets, corners and doors. I think I wouldn't lie if I'd say that I loved my trip to Paris.
On Tuesday I'll get my credentials and I'm not really able to say what will happen in my summer holiday. Well, of course we'll be in the Alps again and I'll be internetless at my grandparents - but still. I don't really have plans and I'd also like to spend my time until Friday with my friends. But on the other hand I'm very tired and lazy. We'll see.
Paris.2012
In Paris we often listened to music because my friend brought a loud-speaker thingy with her. An other friend of mine had the German Top 100 Single Charts 2012 and we listen to like 15 songs a lot (we also sang them and especially I danced to them, but well, both wasn't very good). Some of them I really liked and couldn't get out of my head and others are just liked by others and need to be listed here:
Carly Rae Jepsen: Call Me Maybe

video
Due Tumblr I had - of course - heart a lot about that song, especially the parodies (unfortunately I just remembered one). Well, we sang that song a lot and not only the chorus.
hey, I just met you / and this is crazy / but here's my number / so call me, maybe?
Alex Clare: Too Close
This song actually needs a post just for itself. To me, this song is one of the best songs which describe love problems. To me, one is able to feel the whole pain of that story, perfectly made by the whole lyrics and the meldoy and the background music and the video which exactly shows the images in my head -
I can't say how much I'm attracted to that song.
chorus:
and it feels like I am just too close to love you
there's nothing I can really say
I can't lie no more, I can't hide no more
got to be true to myself
and it feels like I am just too close to love you
so I'll be on my way
Flo Rida: Whistle
The funny thing about that song is that my friend pointed out how dirty the lyrics are - so we all started to listen carefully and because we didn't get them at first, we heart the song all over again and again, well, and then there's that whistle - that's how a earworm is born. :)
can you blow my whistle baby, whistle baby / let me know / girl I'm gonna show you how to do it / and we start real slow / you just put your lips together / and you come real close / can you blow my whistle baby, whistle baby / here we go
Of Monsters And Men: Little Talks
cause though the truth may vary, / this ship will carry our bodies safe to shore
Hey! / don't listen to a word I say / Hey! / the screams all sound the same / Hey! / though the truth may vary, / this ship will carry our bodies safe to shore
Fun: We Are Young
give me a second, I / I need to get my story straight / my friends are in the bathroom / getting higher than the Empire State
tonight / we are young / so let's set the world on fire / we can burn brighter / than the sun
so if by the time the bar closes / and you feel like falling down / I'll carry you home tonight
Lykke Li: I Follow Rivers (Magician Remix)
till we had to get back to / back to summer paradise with you / and I'll be there in a heartbeat / oh-oh / I'll be there in a heartbeat / oh-ohPitbull: Back In Time (Men In Black 3 Theme)
