Rue's Four Note Tune

I've watched The Hunger Games with my "new" German friends of Scarborough who I already tortured with my fangirl spiel.

And I didn't think that I would like it that much.

There are always changed things when a book becomes adapted but these changes were actually very good. Most of my favourite scenes and quotes are new ones. They managed to keep the atmosphere you also feel while reading. You still get a fright during the waiting for Cato to arrive before the final where you realize that this breathtaking experience will end soon.

When I heard the four note tune of Rue I freaked out in my head that everybody heard it in the end of the trailer and no one had the idea that this beautiful melody is Rue's whistle.

I can't wait to see it again but that won't be until Easter holidays - so my tumblr is going to turn into a HG tumblr for a while. And I can't wait for legal clips to arrive on the internet to see quality gifs.
